I posted this video a few days ago under a different name: OCD Test Machine. Many of you kindly pointed out that this collective imagery surrounding obsessive-compulsive disorder is deeply flawed. I'm completely ignorant on the topic, and the only information I've absorbed about it comes from memes (not a good starting point). Mental disorder are a serious matter, and spreading misinformation or downplaying the problem is wrong and not fun. Therefore, I've decided to delete the video and give the machine a different name: Really Frustrating Machine. Which is a better title that better represents what I wanted to convey.

I’m really happy to announce that my manual “How to Make Automata” has sold over 1000 copies in just three months. So, to celebrate, I’m announcing the new book I’m working on: a manual with over 20 projects, all accompanied by instructions, photos, drawings, and printable templates, dedicated to making automatons with simple and safe materials. This manual is aimed at children or those who aren’t skilled with wood or don’t have the space necessary to set up a workshop. The materials will be easy to find, such as paper, iron wire, polymer clay, etc., and the tools will be common objects you probably already have at home, such as glue, scissors, pliers, etc. (no electrical or dangerous tools). I’ve already completed three projects so far, so it will be a while before this book is ready. If you’re interested in receiving updates, you can DM me and I’ll add you to a mailing list where I will announce the release date of this book.
