I’ m honoured and humbled to share this feature in Contemporary Art Curator— a beautifully written, deeply considered review of my work by Editor Marta Puig.

The video below weaves together the nine photographs highlighted in the article — from the terraced amphitheatre of Beneath a Sleeping Giant to the glacial blues of Blue Light on Miocene Spires, the swirling marble interiors of Hollow of Light and Water, and beyond — with pull quotes from the review overlaid on each image.

Marta writes that my photographs function as “portals into the world’s quiet beauty” — and that is, at heart, exactly what I hope for. That these images slow something down. That they invite a different quality of attention.

To be seen this clearly, and written about with such care, is a rare and extraordinary gift. I’m deeply grateful.

Attention DC and Maryland friends. The USAID Through the Arts exhibition is open, and I’m thrilled to have my photograph, “Emergence”, included in the exhibition’s silent auction.

The image was taken in a small mountain community outside Pokhara, Nepal. After hours of heavy rain, the clouds lifted just long enough for sunlight to reveal the village high above the valleys — a moment of calm after the storm.

I photographed this scene while travelling in Nepal for work related to women’s health initiatives in rural communities, so I’m especially grateful that the silent auction helps reconnect the artwork to the people and places that inspired it.

Some lovely news from Bologna — my work is currently on display at Little Treasures, a beautifully curated exhibition at Galleria d’Arte De Marchi, open now through December 4. ✨

The gallery feels like a treasure chest this month — rich color, incredible artists, and a curation that balances each piece so thoughtfully. I’m truly grateful to Paola Trevisan and the whole team for creating such an inspiring space for international art.
