Il secondo appuntamento con UN-PLUG! è servito ⚡️

Dopo il primo incontro, torniamo con una nuova giornata da vivere insieme dall’inizio alla fine — tra ascolti, racconti e connessioni. ✨

Questa volta ospitiamo due etichette che ci guideranno dentro il loro universo sonoro, condividendo storie, visioni e prossime uscite:
Waves on Wav e RJWM Machines.

Sarà un pomeriggio che si trasforma in sera, tra talk, DJ set e momenti di scambio, accompagnati anche da un angolo food pensato proprio per prendercela con calma e goderci tutto senza interruzioni. 🌮

Subito dopo il talk, il nostro solito format Plug Session sarà curato da Araucana Grove Radio, che accompagnerà il passaggio verso la parte più musicale della giornata.

Sabato nasce UN-PLUG!, un nuovo format pomeridiano di Plug Radio che si terrà con cadenza mensile al Mezz’aria.

UN-PLUG!, ovvero “Staccare la spina!” non è solo un modo di dire: è un invito a rallentare, uscire per qualche ora dalla frenesia quotidiana e ritrovare uno spazio di ascolto, incontro e condivisione per abbracciare a 360° il mondo della musica, non solo clubbing.

Per questa prima edizione il focus è PANTANO, ultimo album di , che racconteremo in questa edizione di Plug Talks esplorando il dietro le quinte del progetto: dalla dimensione visiva alla costruzione del live.

Tra gli ospiti Luca Coccimiglio (videomaker) e Lorenzo Favaretto (videomaker), che hanno curato e prodotto parte dell’immaginario visivo legato al progetto, affiancati da Salvatore Bovalina (basso) e Luigi Mainieri (batteria) racconteranno il lavoro dietro la costruzione del live: registrazioni in studio, sequenze, backtrack e architettura tecnica dello show.

La serata continua poi con la musica dal vivo: Vision Division (duo), Dorso in versione chitarra e voce e la chiusura affidata a DJ Iommi con una radio session.

Last month we had the opportunity to have a chat with aka , talking about his experience as a DJ, label owner and clubber, and much more. ✨

Active since the early 90s, Billy has built a unique path through electronic music, blending Italo disco, slow motion, electro and deep grooves into a distinctive and powerful sound. From his early days with the experimental collective Negroni Taste Department to sharing stages with some of the most influential names in the international club scene, his journey reflects decades of passion for forward-thinking dance music.

In 2007 he founded Pizzico Records, an experimental disco label that quickly became a reference point in the European nu-disco and slow-motion scene. Over the years Billy has continued to explore new sonic territories through DJ sets, productions and collaborative projects, always pushing the boundaries between disco, electronica, house and ambient influences.
