How is AI reshaping creativity? What new possibilities emerge when technology and human imagination come together? And how can India lead the next chapter of global storytelling?
These were some of the questions that sparked conversations at the first editions of the JAMS (JioStar AI Media Studio) AI Filmmakers Meetup in Chennai and Bengaluru.
Bringing together filmmakers, creators, technologists and AI enthusiasts, the meetups became a space to exchange ideas, challenge conventions and explore how AI is expanding the horizons of storytelling. Stephan Bugaj, SVP, GenAI Content & Technology, JioStar, was joined by Venkatesh Rajendran, Founder, 916 Studios and Director, Tamil Nadu AI Association, in Chennai, and Lakshmi R. Iyer, Filmmaker & Producer, Streetsmart Productions, in Bengaluru, for conversations on the evolving relationship between AI and creativity.
Through JAMS (JioStar AI Media Studio), we're building a community of AI-native storytellers, creators and technologists who are shaping the future of storytelling, with an ambition of helping India emerge as a global leader in creative innovation.
