When your client is thousands of miles away, the relationship shouldn’t feel distant. ❤️

This beautiful mirror-themed backdrop was created for our client in the USA — but the journey began right here in India.

From sourcing and preparing the curtains, raw materials and DIY elements, to carefully shipping everything across continents… our involvement didn’t stop once the package reached the USA.

We stayed connected through live video calls, guiding the client through the installation, assembly, detailing and finishing — step by step.

And watching the raw materials transform into the final backdrop was truly special. ✨

Because at Glamfleet, we don’t believe in simply sending a product.

We believe in staying involved until the vision comes alive.

🌎 From India to USA
🎨 Concept to creation
📦 Material to setup
🤝 Distance to collaboration

Your vision may be miles away.
But we’re always just a call away.

MirrorBackdrop

This customised Ganpati backdrop started with a client’s vision — a particular design, colours she loved and a very clear idea of how she wanted Bappa’s setup to look.

Our job was to understand that vision and recreate it with the same feeling, while customising every detail specifically for her home.

But what made this project even more special?

After the setup was done, our client sent us photographs of Bappa with the finished backdrop — along with a beautiful message about how she felt and how her guests reacted.

And honestly, this is the part of our work that stays with us. ❤️

Because when a client says,

“This is exactly what I had imagined…”

you know you’ve done more than create a backdrop.

You’ve brought an emotion to life.

Swipe through to see the vision, the creation and, most importantly, the client’s own words. ✨

Your vision. Your colours. Your emotions.
We bring them to life.

📩 Have a Ganpati décor idea in your mind?
Send us your reference, colours or even just your concept.
Let’s create something that’s uniquely yours.

She had a picture in her mind.
We had a reference in front of us.
And together, we brought it to life. ✨

Our job was to understand that vision and recreate it with the same feeling, while customising every detail specifically for her home. ❤️

And because this was Bappa, the reveal had to be special.

We waited until Visarjan was over before sharing the creation — respecting our client’s wish that her guests should see the décor for the first time when they came home for Bappa’s Darshan. 🙏

This year, it wasn’t just about creating a backdrop.
It was about bringing someone’s imagination to life. ❤️✨

Our clients came to us with a vision —
a reference image, a colour palette, a particular mood, and sometimes just an idea in their mind.

And our job was simple:
listen, understand, create… and make their vision come alive.

From the colours they loved to the smallest details they had envisioned, we customised every backdrop to make it truly theirs. 🌸✨

But there was one more thing that mattered just as much.

Many of our clients specifically requested us not to share their Bappa backdrops on social media until after Visarjan.

Because they wanted their guests to experience the décor for the first time —
at their home, in front of Bappa, during Darshan.

And we completely understood.

Some creations are not meant to be revealed early.
Some moments deserve to remain a surprise.
And some emotions deserve to be respected. ❤️

So we waited.

And now, with Bappa’s Visarjan done,
we’re finally sharing a glimpse of the customised creations we brought to life this year. ✨

Your vision. Your colours. Your emotions. Your Bappa.
We simply bring it to life.

That’s the Glamfleet way. 💫
