1. Lead Zumba® classes geared toward beginners and active senior citizens.
2. Teach an average of 25 students per class.
3. Combine Zumba core rhythms (Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, and Reggaeton) with approved dance and choreography.
4. Enhance students’ overall levels of muscular conditioning, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health.
5. Design workouts to meet students’ needs (older adults versus younger adults).
