Dan Houser still loves the idea of a mythological medieval Rockstar Games project, revealing that after finishing Red Dead Redemption 2 the team spent time playing around with concepts and early ideas for a potential project.

📜 According to Houser, they developed some backstory and explored a few creative directions, but ultimately the project “never went very far.”

⚔️ He admitted he didn’t expect to be interested in making a medieval game, yet once the team began exploring the concept he ended up falling in love with it.

💫 Even though the idea was shelved, fan interest remains strong, and with the Rockstar co-founder still fond of it, you can never rule it out completely.
