Another beautiful chapter in the journey of Geetanjali Dance & Music Academy!

Today, our students appeared for their Vocal Prarambhik Examination at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Pune, marking an important step in their journey of Indian classical music.

It was wonderful to see their learning, practice, and perseverance come together on this special day.

Our heartfelt thanks to the examiner for thoughtful evaluation, and words of encouragement.🙏

To all our parents – thank you for believing in us and for being such an important part of this journey. The warm messages and words of appreciation we received today have truly touched us. 🙏🏻💠🙏🏻

A Lakshan Geet in Indian classical music is a pedagogical song designed to teach the rules and characteristics of a specific raaga. The lyrics themselves function as a memory aid, describing the raaga’s ascending/ descending notes, dominant notes and key melodic phrases.

Today was a significant milestone for Geetanjali Dance & Music Academy as our students appeared for their Kathak Prarambhik, Praveshika Pratham, and Praveshika Poorna examinations.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the examiner Mrs. Srushti Marathe for her time, encouragement, and thoughtful evaluation. We are equally thankful to our talented musicians, Sri Prasanna Bhure and Sri Sangameshwar Tadalagi whose artistry and support added so much to the day. 🙏🏻

A sincere thank you to all our parents for their constant encouragement, trust, and unwavering support throughout this journey. 🙏🏻💠🙏🏻
