Natural light falling beautifully on an interior wall. In this upcoming renovation project we are working with a 30year old load bearing construction. Since we could not play around with breaking and remaking interior walls on G+1 due to structural constraints - the roof plane became an interesting space that opened up the interiors !

In revitalizing a 50-year-old workspace, we looked to its industrial roots to experiment with a new perforated screen element. We wanted to do more than just renovate; we aimed to play with raw materials that reflect the setting, create a striking ‘old meets new’ aesthetic, and open up the floor plan to the outdoors—letting the landscape breathe into the heart of the office.
