Ever Thought when was binary system discovered?
Ans: 300 BCE!

mathematician Pingala, discovered the numbers (where digits are 0 and 1)
in his book 'Chandahsastra'

He didn't knew about 0 and 1, and thus used Laghu (L) and Guru( G ) as syllables

Where L represents 0 (low), and G represents (1) High
and thus you get the well known binary tables for 2, 3 syllables!
There is definitely a lot we don't know!
