Mumbai based loudspeaker geek wanted for interesting art project to build an infrasound generator (based off a simple pipe design).
The show is called Resonance and will be on 21st December in Mumbai - it explores themes around the intersection of technology, Art, psychology, spirituality and the environment.
As well as an exhibition, it features a performance/ritual (where the generator will be used) celebrating Solstice, a time of renewal, self-reflection and change.
Audio parts and a small space to build the generator are being kindly sponsored by sound.com.
This is currently a self-funded project by a group of independent artists which will have future funded editions (where we will hopefully all get paid!), so we are looking for a motivated individual who can join and support the team at this inception stage and work with us in the longer term for future paid shows and other projects in 2025.
Please get in touch [email protected] or pm me for more info. Thanks!
