We were very happy to welcome the iconic singing duo, Ranjani and Gayatri, at the Sahrdaya Sound Studio this month. What a joy to have immersed ourselves in their beautiful art! Many thanks to Shreya and Praveen Sparsh for bringing them to our studio for their project. We look forward to many more such unforgettable days.

Kalakshetra is very dear to the Sahrdaya Sound Studio - it has been the alma mater and training ground for all our core members. Among the staff are close friends, colleagues, teachers and students. We were truly delighted to record a project for Kalakshetra in April this year. Principal of Rukmini Devi College of Fine Arts Shri K. Sai Shankar and Shri K. Hariprasad led the vocals, with Shri K. P. Anil Kumar on mridangam, Shri T. Sashidhar on flute, Shri V Srinivasan on violin, nattuvangam by Shri Haripadman and Shri K P Rakesh, and Shri Anantha Narayanan on veena. Smt. Jyolsana Menon was among the senior faculty who oversaw the production.

For our first recording, in January 2021, we were delighted to host Shri K B Madhu Sudhanan, director of Athma Academy of Dance and "Sancho" to Shri Sheejith Krishna; a very dear friend and well-wisher of Sahrdaya Foundation, and one of the stars of our musical Don Quixote. Shri Madhu Sudhanan recorded a full margam for a project he is helming for the US-based Tejas Dance, along with Vaijayanthi Alwan and Lavanya Rathna.
