The Tungabhadra does not merely flow through Hampi—it flows through my imagination.

Each time I stand by her ancient waters, I feel as though I am listening to a conversation that began centuries before me. The river carries the echoes of forgotten kingdoms, broken temples, whispered prayers, and untold stories. In her silence, I discover the rhythm of theatre; in her current, I find the courage to create.

I now look forward with deep anticipation to returning to Hampi for the workshop on 10th, 11th, and 12th September.

Hampi became more than a destination—it became a living classroom. With a small, carefully curated group of passionate participants, every stone, temple, landscape, and forgotten pathway unfolded into conversations on history, performance, architecture, mythology, and culture.
What made this experience unforgettable was the team's boundless curiosity and enthusiasm. They didn't just visit Hampi—they questioned, observed, imagined, and embraced every adventure with open minds and generous hearts.

Born from the spirit of Greek tragedy, Medea's Sisters reimagines the voices of Medea, Clytemnestra, and Antigone—women whose stories continue to challenge power, memory, and destiny across centuries.

It has been a joy to develop this work with the talented actors of EPIC Actors Workshop, whose passion, courage, and creativity have brought these ancient voices to life in new and unexpected ways.

Proud to share that Medea's Sisters will open at the South Asian Theatre Festival, celebrating the meeting of classical mythology and contemporary South Asian storytelling.

Grateful to this beautiful ensemble for the journey. 🎭✨
