Rahara United Brothers’ Welfare Association (RUBWA), previously known as United Brothers’Association (UBA), was founded in September 1990 with a commitment to work in the multifarious fields of social and cultural work at the regional level, addressing to the needs and priorities of the poor, deprived and the marginalized sections of the community residing in the rural and semi-urban areas.
