🦚 There’s a little story behind this Jhula… Read the caption ✨
A little piece of my imagination, created with lots of love for Kanha 💙🦚
This year, I wanted my Janmashtami jhula to feel like a little glimpse of Vrindavan - lush, green and surrounded by nature 🌿🌸
I used real leaves, fresh flowers, peacock feathers and Tulsi from our own Tulsi kyari to bring that natural, garden-like feeling to the jhula. Nothing artificial - just nature, creativity and lots of love 💚
But there is a little story hidden within this decoration too… ✨
The arrangement of the leaves, flute and elements around the jhula is inspired by Vasudev Ji carrying little Kanha across the Yamuna, with Sheshnag spreading his hood to protect him 🐍💙
And since Kanha was born at midnight, I added cool, moonlight-like lights to create that peaceful, magical night atmosphere 🌙✨
I didn't want to recreate the scene exactly. I wanted to interpret the story in my own way through a jhula - bringing together Vrindavan's greenery, Krishna's symbols and the beautiful story of his birth 🌿🦚🪈
Every little detail was put together by hand, with one thought in mind - to make Kanha's arrival feel a little more magical 💙
