Hon’ble Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth Addresses Indian Community in Riyadh
Riyadh, 08 February 2026:
The Embassy of India in Riyadh hosted a distinguished event at its Auditorium in the Diplomatic Quarter (Safarat), graced by the presence of Hon’ble Raksha Rajya Mantri (Minister of State for Defence), Shri Sanjay Seth.
The program was attended by professionals, community members, and invited guests from various sectors. The visit reflected the Government of India’s continued engagement with the Indian diaspora in Saudi Arabia and its commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations between India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During his address, Shri Sanjay Seth highlighted India’s growing global stature, recent developments in the defence sector, and the significant role played by overseas Indians in contributing to the nation’s progress. He appreciated the Indian community in Saudi Arabia for their hard work, discipline, and for upholding India’s reputation abroad.
Officials of the Embassy of India welcomed the dignitary and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to host the interaction. The event concluded with community interaction and a note of appreciation for the strong and friendly partnership between India and Saudi Arabia.
