Syzygy Theatre Founded on 21st May 2018, Syzygy Theatre is a passionate drama group using the power of performance to tell stories, that matter.

We work closely with children and women, and create Theatre around pressing social issues. Syzygy Theatre was formed in 21st May,2018 under the aegis of NSD graduate Babi Baruah. The word Syzygy has a very profound meaning, which simplifies an alignment of three celestial objects, as the sun, the earth and either the moon or a planet. ‘Syzygy’ is the sun-earth-moon system which occurs at the time of full moon and new moon.
