The most rewarding part of teaching isn't hearing a student play a piece perfectly.

It's watching them figure out how to get there. How they learn to slow down instead of rushing through the hard parts. How they learn to be honest with themselves about what needs work. How they learn that patience and consistency actually pay off.

Music is where they practice all of that and it follows them everywhere else in life.
