Another year, another April
We hope for the change, yet none feels near.
We talk about “Inclusion” sounds so warm and bright,
But fades away in daily life.

Support/ empathy feels distant, hard to find,
Worries weigh on heart and mind.
Days repeat, the same quiet fight,
Still we hold on to a fragile light.
