Customer ko Voltas ki washing machine di thi, lekin product damaged condition mein nikla. Customer ki problem ko dekhte hue machine wapas mangwa kar 26 July ko replacement complete kar diya gaya.

Company ki taraf se bola gaya — 7 din mein replacement ho jayega.
7 din baad call kiya → 15 August
Phir call kiya → 20 August
20 August ko call kiya → 25 August

👉 Dealer customer ko kya jawab de?
👉 Customer dealer ko sunata hai, lekin dealer company ke response ka wait karta reh jata hai.

Hum dealer hain, customer ke saath khade rehna hamari responsibility hai. Lekin dealer ko bhi company se timely support chahiye.

Voltas, please is issue ko seriously dekhiye aur replacement process ko jaldi complete kijiye.
