​Take a look at the breathtaking texture and vibrant storytelling in this painting below. This isn't just a painting—it is an incredibly intricate piece of textile art, meticulously brought to life through rich embroidery that celebrates the soul of Assam.
​The artwork beautifully weaves together the iconic landmarks, wildlife, and cultural heartbeat of the region within the map of Assam itself:

​The Heartbeat of Bihu: At the top right, a line of Bihu dancers in traditional Muga silk attire move gracefully with Jaapis (traditional conical hats), accompanied by men playing the Dhol and Pepa.

​Icons of Heritage: To the left sits the majestic Kamakhya Temple, captured perfectly alongside a traditional Assam-type house, reflecting the architectural spirit of the state.

​The Soul of the Land: Flowing straight through the center is the mighty Brahmaputra River, with the iconic One-Horned Rhinoceros standing proud in its lush grassland habitat.

​Diverse Traditions: The bottom corners burst with life, showcasing the colorful, diverse traditional dances of Assam’s tribal communities.
