📢 **Community Road Repair Initiative**

We, on behalf of **Artungso Youth Club**, in collaboration with **Dhansiri Youth Association (DYA)**, took the initiative to repair the road in the **Artungso area**.

For a long time, villagers, school students, and commuters have faced difficulties due to the poor condition of the road, especially during the rainy season. Waterlogging, potholes, and muddy surfaces have made transportation unsafe and inconvenient.

To improve the situation, we arranged a JCB machine to clean and repair the drainage system along the roadside. This effort has helped reduce water accumulation and improve accessibility to some extent.

However, the road still requires proper and permanent repair. We humbly request the concerned authorities to take necessary action for the development and maintenance of this important road.

We sincerely thank all volunteers, youth members, and villagers who contributed their time and effort to this community service activity.

The Artungso Youth Club successfully hosted the “Felicitation Programme for HS ,HSLC and Graduation Meritorious Students cm Education Awareness Programme” on May 17th, 2026, at the Artungso English L.P. School. The event was a beautiful celebration aimed at honoring academic brilliance and igniting a passion for education among our younger generation.

The program was gracefully chaired by our leadership team, *Mr. Sarpangri Rongphar* (President) and *Mr. Waisong Bey* (Secretary).

A spectacular shoutout to Mr. Binongkiri Engleng of Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, who topped the entire Artungso Area in the Arts Stream! Achieving an outstanding 90.2% with letter marks in all subjects is a phenomenal milestone that has brought immense pride to our whole community.

*Fueling the Journey Ahead*
To wrap up the event on a high note, educational notebooks were distributed to every student in attendance. This thoughtful gesture was generously supported by Mr. Thengklong Rongpi (President, DYA), ensuring our young learners are motivated and well-equipped for their upcoming academic journeys.

Today, Artungso Youth Club successfully received sports materials from the District Social Welfare Society and distributed them among the youth members to encourage sportsmanship, unity, and active participation in positive community activities.

We sincerely thank the District Social Welfare Society for their valuable support towards the development of youth through sports. These materials will motivate our young players to continue improving their talents and strengthen the spirit of teamwork within our community.

Together, we move forward for a stronger, active, and united youth community.

🌿 1st Cleanliness Drive at Artungso Village – Our Village, Our Responsibility!
Today, we proudly conducted our first cleanliness drive at Artungso Village, starting early in the morning under Artungso Area Road . With active participation from our dedicated youth members and community supporters, we worked together to clean our surroundings and spread awareness about the importance of maintaining a healthy environment.
This initiative is not just about cleaning but about building a sense of responsibility and unity among our people. We believe that small steps like this can bring big changes in the future.
