One of our Aamies, Tasneem, takes on a question we’ve been thinking about: are we still buying products, or are we buying identity?

From the matcha we order to the brands we wear and the experiences we queue up for, what we choose has become part of how we express ourselves. As audiences become harder to reach through traditional advertising, community, culture and real-world experiences are becoming increasingly valuable.

In Tasneem’s words: “What does this make me?”

Watch her take on why the brands making an impact today aren’t just selling products, they’re creating something people want to be part of.

The Los Angeles Knight Riders were looking to introduce a new professional cricket team to one of the world’s biggest cultural cities. Our job was to make sure people were paying attention.

Working with five creators across multiple platforms, we built a campaign that brought LAKR into new communities and generated 1.7M+ views.

From the creators we chose to the conversations they sparked, the campaign was about more than reach. It was about making a new team feel like part of the LA landscape.

Swipe through for a look at the campaign, the approach behind it, and what we learned along the way. 🏏🌴

From spoken word poetry on the stage to becoming an author >>>

On this episode of The Squeeze, we sat down with Maha Hashwi, a Lebanese-American writer from Dearborn, Michigan, to talk about finding her voice, navigating her identity between two worlds, and turning her experiences into poetry and prose.

Get the juice on the story behind her debut book, The Pomegranate Is a Gr***de, why representation in the literary world matters, and her hope that more people feel empowered to tell their own stories. 📖🤍

What if an Indian food brand actually sounded like the people behind it?

Atrangi’s voice was designed to be as bold, playful and full of character as the food itself. A little cheeky, never too polished, and deliberately far from the predictable language of packaged food.

From “Curry in a Hurry” to “Making Chutney Cool Again”, the copy became another way to make Indian food feel contemporary, accessible and unapologetically fun.

Atrangi 🌶️ Flipping the script on Indian condiments.

A family recipe, reimagined for the modern British kitchen, with a brand as bold, colourful and slightly atrangi as the flavours inside.
