Eligibility Criteria: Candidate must be a resident of Delhi/NCR or Pune or Hyderabad to apply for these positions. Minimum qualification should be 10 + 2, Comfortable working in 24/7 shift (Include Night Shifts) with excellent English communication skill. PAN Card and E-Aadhaar would be mandatory to join this process.

Candidates who have applied in last 3 months and are pursuing a Regular Course are not applicable.
Night Shift is mandatory as the team works 24x7.
Until the Covid situation does not get normal, all selected candidates will work from home and post that may or may not be required to join office. During the Onboarding process all information will be shared with the selected candidates.
To work from home, candidates would require to have Internet connection at their home.

Skill & Salary Details -
Salary Range for International Phones only. Not hiring currently for Backend process -
CTC 2.50 lacs to 3lacs / annum
Zeta Meal Card INR 1100 per month i.e. 13,200/- PA
Night Shift Allowance INR 150/Night
Overtime Allowance as per company policy
Internet Reimbursement Up to INR 1,250 Per month on submission of bills

Rotational Shifts
Each employee and their dependents (Spouse and 2 Children) are covered up to Rs.500,000 under the floater benefit scheme
To complete the online assessment Desktop or Laptop with we**am and headphone is mandatory. Test is not compatible on mobile phone. Post receiving the link the assessment has to be completed within 24 hrs.
