I am sure by now 99% of you my dear readers made decisions to CHANGE. “Enough” exercises were completed in different programs – enough of living the life I don’t want. And I want a beautiful house, vacation to the ocean and sense of fulfillment. And lots more 😇

And you understand that to achieve this, you need to take some steps – switch off TV, write your dreams and make your goals, learn new skills, create new ideas, and preferably get 25 hours in a day, to accomplish all of this 🙄.

And there are 2 strategies to do it:

1️⃣ Push yourself more. Come on, you are strong. You can do it. Your personal willpower. Of course the problem is, after one month, you will burn yourself out. You will hit the wall, get into depression and long recovery cycle. And start from ground zero. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️

Do you agree, this is quite a long way?

And there is also second approach. I learnt about it around 15 years ago, and since that, it was a powerful shortcut for me.

2️⃣ You do not need THAT much willpower, but you need environment of people who will help you develop. Who will develop you. And even if you lose your way, this powerful flow of inspiring people will bring you closer to your goals.

But the main question is –where to find these inspiring people. Especially if you don’t have so much confidence to even introduce yourself. If you have doubts – I am weak and they are strong, why they will even need me? Why they will be interested in me?
