I am sure by now 99% of you my dear readers made decisions to CHANGE. “Enough” exercises were completed in different programs – enough of living the life I don’t want. And I want a beautiful house, vacation to the ocean and sense of fulfillment. And lots more 😇

And you understand that to achieve this, you need to take some steps – switch off TV, write your dreams and make your goals, learn new skills, create new ideas, and preferably get 25 hours in a day, to accomplish all of this 🙄.

And there are 2 strategies to do it:

1️⃣ Push yourself more. Come on, you are strong. You can do it. Your personal willpower. Of course the problem is, after one month, you will burn yourself out. You will hit the wall, get into depression and long recovery cycle. And start from ground zero. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Do you agree, this is quite a long way?

And there is also second approach. I learnt about it around 15 years ago, and since that, it was a powerful shortcut for me.

2️⃣ You do not need THAT much willpower, but you need environment of people who will help you develop. Who will develop you. And even if you lose your way, this powerful flow of inspiring people will bring you closer to your goals.

But the main question is –where to find these inspiring people.  Especially if you don’t have so much confidence to even introduce yourself. If you have doubts – I am weak and they are strong, why they will even need me? Why they will be interested in me?

and my answer is NO 🙅🏻‍♀️

When two people get together, it is rarely an ideal match. It can be seen in the astrology yes, but I am strongly against trying to “play God” and trying to find an ideal.

Because our best learnings come from love relationships. And when a spark of Love (or destiny in a form of your parents) brought you potential partner, and your Heart is saying – He is the One! She is Forever!  - take it. Don’t ask Astrologist Katerina to confirm what your heart already knows.

He is not going to be an ideal match. But he will be perfect FOR YOU.

Not ideal, but exactly what you need in your life.

To teach you something when you fight. To prove to you that there is nothing good and nothing bad, just our different perspectives. To make you rely on yourself when he lost the attraction and seems aloof.

And when you discover yourself after all these painful moments – it is possible that your bond will shine in new, deeper, warm light of lifelong heart connection.

And this is true love here, kids 😇.

What I CAN tell you, and what I love to tell, is what are your common interest points, where both of you match. I suggest how to use these connections to have more happy moments together ❤️

And another thing, I see here in the village – when parents finally find comparable partner for our cousin here, he does not like her. When he finds someone he loves – village uncle astrologist points some imperfection in her chart, and the quest starts again.

And you know how many young followers message me here crying, that mom and dad disapprove their marriage because of astrology mismatch. This is not worth it.

Let each soul make their own choice, go through own challenges and learn some valuable. And interestingly when parents are so concerned and finally find astro match and get them married, do you think they avoid any marital problem after that? Not at all. Usually these couples have their own challenges.

“Commitment to a Beautiful Life” – a letter to you guys 🤗

As we have a 30 min break in unforgettable “Unleash The Power Within” training with Tony Robbins, he requested us to send a letter of commitment about our new life, to some people whom we love and respect.

And I love and respect you guys.

So here you go:

MY LETTER OF COMMITMENT

“There are only two states of life – A Beautiful one, with high energy, peak performance and appreciation of every moment. And a Suffering one, with low energy, victim state of mind, and unfulfilled expectations.

So in front of you guys, I commit to live a Beautiful state every day, no matter what. And free myself from suffering moments, as I no longer will allow myself to tolerate and enjoy the suffering drama.

🔷 Why would I end suffering?

Because life is too short to suffer.

Because life actually makes sense, so even when I think I suffer, I actually grow and learn. Hence, life is FOR me, and not against me.

🔷 Why would I lead a Beautiful life?

Because it will make my existence more exciting.

It will make me more helpful and more attractive to others, as people are attracted to light. It will help me teach and inspire. It will help my own family, my husband and kid.

And it will make me wealthier, as clients and partners love to work with people who glow.

🔷 And how would I stop the suffering?

The rule of Tony is to - trade the expectations for appreciation, to see the life changing immediately.

It is to be careful and mindful about negative emotions too, to know and anticipate what triggers me, and mindfully choose different non-suffering reactions to my personal triggers.

Does it happen with you that the stronger is your Motivation to achieve your goal, the more resistance you feel, and your results are too slow?

Super high motivation can kill the process and the results too.

Extra high motivation to find yourself and purpose in life might make you freeze and overthink, instead of trying different pathways of your Heart.

There is a lot of research on Hyper-Motivation, and multiple experiments ( Yerkes, Dodson, Ariely) showing that the highest stakes, the highest expectations and your big imaginary prize in the end of the process will always negatively impact results of your work.

You will be likely to make more mistakes, face stronger doubts, overthink and feel resistance to try alternatives.

So how to resolve it?

Use Eskimo approach ❄️🤗

When they go for important fishing trip to feed the tribe, they say “we are just going to enjoy a nice walk”. They release expectations, intend to enjoy the process even if they don’t catch any fish, and avoid hyper- motivation from hyper- importance. Of the “burden of expected success”

I am a Master of over - motivation and bug ambitions, and it took me years to learn to relax, to notice when my engagement and motivation get me overly stressed about results. And where it starts working against me.

And if you guys say - what about BAM goals? Our Big, Ambitious and Meaningful targets? Yes they are important too, however the gratitude and mindfulness about TODAY helps balance their importance, while still driving yourself to GROW.

What does your Body want?

Many of you guys ask me about meditations to increase the Energy. And this is counter-intuitive 🙅🏻‍♀️, because to become energetic, we don’t sit. We create our energetic mood, we create active movements, sport and running and swimming and dancing.

Your physical Body was created to MOVE and it wants to move. Especially from the morning, when the energy wakes up from lowest chakras and looking for an active productive exit. If you go for a run, yoga, stretching and jumping, you use this energy in a healthy way, getting into the best mood for the day.

And Body in return, gives us more energy for the whole day. For any of other intellectual and emotional activities.

And even if you throw some sweets into our digestion tract during this energetic day, you will not have any sense of guilt or any health consequences. It will be digested and burned.

You will tell your Body – anything you want to eat, is allowed. And Body will respond – “why thank you, Master, this is so cool, and actually I don’t even need so much. My emotions are balanced and feelings sorted, and for my physical activities, I only request this much food fuel. But its cool that there is no restrictions Master, I appreciate 🤗. “

So what else does Body love? Bodies love to stretch, and love to run, yes guys. Unless we limit our kids from the beginning – “aram se !! Don’t run around the house!! “ natural human bodies love to move fast.

Bodies LOVE to breathe fresh air and watch beautiful nature. Many Bodies love fitness machines, as masculine bodies still have ancestry memories of lifting heavy objects (this one I leave up to you, as for some ladies it is not interesting and not required)

What most important that parents can do for kids success and happiness?

📸 throwback to Shannon - 3 years old 😍

Most important is to help kids develop their talents and passions.

Why?

Because the recipe for outstanding success is:

✅Your strengths – focus and grow

 ❌Your weaknesses  - outsource to someone better than you🤷🏼‍♀️

And the recipe for mediocracy and frustration is:

✅ Your weaknesses – focus on them to bring yourself up to “average”

❌ Your strengths – forget it, don’t waste time, you are already good in it.

And the second scenario,  is exactly what happens to so many of us, during our school years! We hated geography and loved music – and were told to spend more time to make your geography grades higher.

So, do you guys observe and recognize your kids’ strengths and help them shine?

🌟 And here, in my view, Astrology is absolutely important. Not old-style astrology to forecast your kids ‘good fortune”. But a modern astro approach to highlight natural talents, and show which character areas are important to develop, and which ones have no relevance to baby’s future success.

As most of us now believe in reincarnation, we should also recognize that the babies in our families are equally experienced souls. Some of them might be more developed than us!

So before we start patronizing them, “you don’t know anything, you are too small”, Astrology gives parents a glance, what their little ones already accomplished in prior lives.

🤩I found these moments during my sessions absolutely amazing. When parents and me stop for a second and marvel. “Looks like he was a scientist, an expert with a lot of international travel, and a good parent too! “ – while the ex-scientist is just trying to make sense of his new 2-month old body.

Such insights help parents take a new, much more respectful approach to the souls who came to their families as kids. And definitely helps to see, what are the natural talents they have.

Contrast Shower 🚿– how to make it your ritual for emotional balance?

Have you guys heard about cold & hot shower benefits? And are you doing it actually? Perhaps not, because it is indeed the shock for your system, too early in the morning.

But you can make the contrast shower your “friend”, if you include elements of mindfulness and self-regulation into the shower routine that you have to do anyways.

So many emotions are surfacing from our subconsciousness during our sleep, often related to fears and stress. And many people wake up already emotionally exhausted and confused.

If you have a long important day ahead of you, you need to be at your best, resourceful, alert and definitely not stressed state of mind. You need your psychological system to be fresh too.

Instead of making your morning shower another stress for yourself, use it for deep emotional relaxation and cleansing. And make it easy and pleasant.

Summary of the steps are in the carousel, but read below to understand more details about each step. And don’t forget to SAVE for your records. Each step will take 2-3 min only, so not more than 10 min for the whole shower.

Step 1️⃣: make yourself comfortable. Switch on hot water, keep it pleasant but as close to hot as you can comfortably tolerate. Our fears and anxieties usually feel like deep cold in the body. Under this hot pleasant water, this cold will be exiting your body.

Use your focused attention and observe where you feel the scary or disturbing cold emotions on your body, and keep pouring more hot streams on these areas. And you might even feel like the coldness is leaving your body already.

Step 2️⃣: avoid shocking your body and make the lukewarm water now, but not cold. Our task now to connect with deeper, hidden areas of coldness inside. We should do it in segments: one hand, second hand, legs, front and back of your body.

Keep each segment under lukewarm water until you feel slight numbing feeling, connecting your inner cold with the coldish water. Usually it takes only several seconds each.

Burnout of Meanings 🔥

Not every person who suffers from burnout is doing what they don’t like.

It is easy to burnout even when you love your job,  when you feel passionate about your cause, or take care of your beloved people.

🔥Because when you “burn” – with love and passion too!  - you might burn-out.🔥

Of course it might happen when you simply run out of inner resources, topics we covered in Body Quest and EQ Bootcamp. But assuming that you are taking care of yourself, why else people lose the steam?

It is very common to see burnout of your meanings, your “Why I am even doing all this??”

Burnout of Meanings is when a person feel that her efforts are useless, pointless.

1️⃣ When the meaning of your job contradicts your key life values:

For example for me, it would be a work in traditional school with standardised tests. Or a work where I have to be strict authoritarian boss, or where I need to schmooze and manipulate the relationships.

Burnout recovery – opposites work!

Burnout recovery is as unique as your reasons to get into burnout.

However one principle works well for everyone  - the principle of opposite action.

To recover your resources, we need to do the OPPOSITE of when we are using them.

For example, I am using my resources during my main working hours by (1) sitting in front of the laptop, making smart texts, astro charts and new program outlines and (2) speaking with my clients, sharing with them my inner energy.

Hence, the fastest way to recover for me is – move around, have your head empty, be quiet and listen instead of talking.

And au contraire, if you are the yoga trainer and the whole day you move along with the clients, for you the recovery is to slow down, sit and rest alone.

Or if you are a busy mom at home, and the whole day you move around with kids, filling your day with simple but endless small chores – your recovery is also to sit alone, but engage your head with a smart, long-term ambitious dream of a project.

Main principle is opposite – this is simple 😇.

If you think too much – find time not to think. Small craft or art with your hands is perfect for you.

If you are always in front of the people, find time to be alone.

If everything is loud and passionate where you work – find quiet time, a bench in the park 🌳.

If everything is too quiet, planned, filled with meticulous smart work with attention to details – take time to engage in acting classes, sing and perform on the stage, go for a standup comedy.

September 2021 is relatively calm month. Sensitive month for sure.. 😍 because our Sun is in Virgo - but in opposition to Neptune, the planet of imagination and illusions.  So it is a mystery of logic and pedantic work, against inner world and dreams.

‼️SAVE to compare after September is over.. 🤗

❤️ EMOTIONS ❤️

The whole September 1 – 30 is a great creative period, fantastic for inspiration of artistic people. This inspiration will take specific practical shapes too, with the help of practical Sun in Virgo. So great time to start making profits with your art too, dear creative ones!

And for our pedants, strict and serious people – it is going to be difficult month. Because Nepture will wash over all orders and rules.

They might experience difficulties with sleep, so don’t be surprised if our strict schedule will be broken, and you will find yourself watching romantic movie all night long.

Especially around 13-16 Sept, when it is a peak of this opposition. If you will feel this tension, you HAVE to increase the physical activity to release the tension.

After soft, calm and sensitive beginning of the month, when strong Venus is in its own sign of Libra – Venus moves to Scorpio on August 10, and the feelings becoming hotter, deeper and more passionate.

With all these difficulties – does not mean that we cannot achieve practical results during this month. As this opposition Sun – Neptune is balanced by Pluto in a very beautiful way, from 7 to 27 of Sept. Such aspects give strong energy push to DO something, strong impulse to start some project, write a book or paint a painting. And not too much stress here either, very soft situation.
