The beauty of lies in the fact that there's complete separation of powers between the institutions, there are rights, (fundamental as well as legal) & there are obligations (Duties). When we exercise our rights, we need not to forget our obligations, as both go hand in hand.
When we talk about separation of powers, it implies that the powers meant to be exercised by one institution need not be exercised by the other, & each institution needs to respect the powers of the other. For instance powers of the need to be exercised by the Judiciary itself, powers of the need to be exercised by the Executive itself & powers of the need to be exercised by the Legislature itself.
Similarly, on one hand the Directive Principles of the State Policy obligate the state to work for the welfare of the people & on the other hand, it obligates the citizenry to fulfill their fundamental duties towards the state.
Now, to cut the story short, we can conclude that in democracy everybody has a specific role to play, so everybody should strive to play its part without undermining or encroaching upon the rights/role of the other.

PS: Being out of power for almost 12 years now & the Modi hate has turned it into a gang of anti-national, anti-India forces. Due to its blind hate against the RSS, the CongrAss party even forgot that, the US Body USCRIF has even recommended targeted sanctions against the India's External Intelligence Agency, Research & Analysis Wing (R&AW) same as for RSS in the same report.
I wonder how can any Indian party be happy & elated to know that a US Body, a non-entity in our sovereign matters has recommended adversely against our Intelligence Agency & also a Social-Cultural Organisation, RSS🤔🤔🤔
So happy, that it endorses the report publicly on its own Social Media handles??? I mean is CongrAss gone nuts???

The party which destroyed the carriers of hundreds of Cricketers by making Jammu Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) its political & family fiefdom, the hotbed of corruption, today claimed the credit for J&K Cricket Team reaching the`1st ever final of the Ranji Trophy as J&K beat West Bengal by 6 wickets in their own home turf.
For kind information of these credit-takers, the foundation stone for this achievement was laid down in 2021 when BCCI took over the JKCA on the directions of J&K High Court & the Association was freed from the clutches of Abdullah family. I hope they will understand it now! All credit to players, Management & Coaches.

Yesterday, a class 12th student died by su***de in Doda district of the Union Territory of J&K after failing in 1 subject. The incident is tragic & has ignited debate over, supposed to be, family, peer & societal pressure on students after results are declared. And an argument is being floated that we must stop appreciating the achievements of the achievers especially on social media platforms. Argument being given is that as we keep appreciating & sharing success stories, those who lagged behind or failed get dejected, distressed & depressed. I just want to dismiss this argument as false & far from practicality.
My argument is this…..why should we not appreciate & celebrate the achievements of those who burnt midnight oil to excel & achieve? And why should those who didn’t work hard or achieved less owing to any or many unavoidable circumstances, feel envy for those who achieved or get depressed for not doing what was in their own hands? Rather than feeling envy or feeling low, they should retrospect on what went wrong & why, & what could be the best way to avoid that. And most importantly, why on earth the achievers should feel less appreciated for the only fact that their appreciation/enjoyment may give the feeling of being inferior to the ones who failed to achieve what was expected of them or what they themselves expected, why? I mean how can this be justified?
Let them own their failures, recalibrate themselves & prove their worth to the world at the very next opportunity rather than feeling down or thinking of taking the extreme steps. Let the parents, peer, relatives & society teach them the right way to achieve things & be strong mentally. Let their parents, mentors & teachers teach them how to face adversity & still be strong enough to not give a damn to negativity, let positivity overcome the negativity. And finally, let’s not forget or not be in oblivion that achieving higher marks in an academic exam proves or disproves of one’s capabilities, & this needs to be understood by all the stakeholders, be it students, parents, teachers, peer groups or society in general.
Having said the above, let me reiterate, let’s not intermix & misinterpret things. Let’s enjoy & celebrate with the achievers & guide, encourage & not demean the less fortunate ones, the failed ones! Let me end my arguments with famous British Statesman, Military Officer, Writer & former Prime Minister of United Kingdom Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill’s famous quote, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal; it’s courage to continue that counts”
