STAGE 1 — CONCEPT & IDEATION
This is where the X1R truly begins.
Stage 1 captures the very first phase of the X1R’s ideation—where raw sketches, calculations, and the complete thought process behind the final build are curated into a single working document. Every key feature of the motorcycle takes shape here, already reflecting what the final form is meant to become.
This isn’t a detailed breakdown of the build. Instead, it focuses on intent—defining the character, attitude, and direction of the motorcycle. It starts with raw pencil sketches and hand-drawn blueprints of the bike’s silhouette, clearly showing the inspiration behind every design element.
This document is critical to the entire build process. We refer back to it while crafting every single component, ensuring the ex*****on stays brutally loyal to the original concept. It also includes select snippets of the final render, showing just how closely the physical machine follows the vision—and why sticking to the original concept matters.
As the build evolved, additional elements were integrated along the way. Those will be revealed in Stage 3, the final chapter of the X1R build.
X1R is a 1 of special which comes with its own lifestyle interpretation through various products such as a dedicated apparel line, custom sneakers , custom riding shoes and various other elements crafted to match the X1R in true Dextrous fashion!

Massive appreciation to for transforming those moulds into carbon-fiber masterpieces—including a first-of-its-kind, fully functional carbon-fiber fuel tank. Every element was tested, with the 6×6 weave flowing in a single, perfect direction.
