A heartfelt close to Camp 2 of the National Camp on Indian Art 2026.

Through Contemporary, Gond, Patachitra, Mata ni Pachedi, Madhubani, and Sattriya, artists brought the timeless stories of the Panchatantra to life through their unique artistic traditions.

Honoured by distinguished guests, the camp concludes with more than artworks leaving behind conversations, learning, and a shared cultural spirit.

A heartfelt close to Camp 2 of the National Camp On Indian Art 2026 .

The valedictory marked not just the completion of days filled with artistic discipline and dialogue, but a deeper engagement with the Panchatantra explored through colour, form, and collective reflection.

We were honoured by the presence of Shri Beluru Sudarshana; Prof. Bharat Dash; Dr. Raghavendra Rao H. Kulkarni; Ms. Babitha; Dr. Naveen Bhat; Shri Shivaprasad K. Achar; Shri Mahesh Krishnamurthy; and Prof. Mukul Sutaone.

As participants return to their respective journeys, what remains is more than finished canvases it is renewed conviction, shared learning, and a strengthened commitment to carrying forward India’s artistic knowledge traditions.

An inspiring beginning to Phase 2 of the National Camp On Indian Art 2026.

The inauguration began with Shivaprasad’s opening address, and through the reflections of Suresh Raju, Ramakrishna Pejattaya, Seshadri Sir, MK Sridhar, and Mahesh Krishnamurthy, the spirit of shared commitment and Gurushishyaparampara took shape.
With Gond, Pata Chitra, Mata ni Pachedi, Madhubani, and Sattriya painting guiding this phase, the Panchatantra once again finds new expression reminding us that art lives not only on canvas, but in the mind and heart.
