According to recent reports and industry speculation, Ubisoft may be preparing to bring back **Driver** with a modern remake that stays true to what made the series famous: intense police pursuits, cinematic car chases, and high-speed escapes through busy city streets.

Long before open-world crime games dominated the industry, Driver built its reputation on Hollywood-inspired chase sequences, putting players behind the wheel as undercover cop **John Tanner** across cities such as Miami, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York.

Fans have been asking for the franchise's return for years, especially after the success of **Driver: San Francisco**, which many still consider one of the best arcade driving games ever made.

🎮 GTA 6 is so big that companies are already planning around it.

US-based automotive tuning company Burger Motorsports has officially announced a company-wide operational pause on November 19, the day Grand Theft Auto VI launches.

According to the company, so many employees requested time off that normal operations could be impacted, leading management to simply give the entire workforce the day off.

In its announcement, Burger Motorsports joked that several employees would be "unavailable, unreachable, and/or in Vice City" on launch day. 😂

The company also said normal operations would resume once employees had completed their initial exploration, finished at least one mission, and returned to reality.

🔥 The move perfectly shows just how massive GTA 6 has become. More than 13 years after GTA 5 launched, anticipation for Rockstar's next blockbuster is reaching levels rarely seen in entertainment, with some media outlets describing the release as a genuine cultural event.
