Current theme running through my mind - resistance.

Noticing when my body feels like Its resisting something. Then surrendering. And suddenly it feels like life runs through me instead of fighting it :)

Yallah Yallah Yallah.
Changing the colour
Frequency to choose to connect with the other
Slow at reacting.
We're getting distracted.
Speeding through the times being slaves to our mind.
Eye contact, bringing it back.
Seeing eachother and how we react.
Vulnerability in the space in between.
Expressing ourselves so we can be seen.
Following what's alive in me.
Creating abundance with the words we speak.
Influencing doesn't interest me
Inspiring, feels more clean.
F*ck the views
Destroying our lives.
Judging our creations by how many likes.
Stepping back from the addiction and back into action.
Feeling the Feeling and find the passion.

I often find, that when I am feeling stuck creatively, or just want to continue my flow, creating one small thing or even posting something can light back up my inner fire.

So, in the spirit of above. I feel like sharing this. It was a sign I made to use for a Be The Rhythm | Expression Stage.
