Nearly 10 years after opening their first spot in Ireland, they are thrilled to launch the biggest and most ambitious venture yet — BuJo Central Plaza!

Set inside the iconic former Central Bank Building on Dame Street, Temple Bar, this 5,500 sq ft flagship will span 3 floors, create 37 new jobs, and welcome up to 150 guests.

✨ What to expect:
✅ Live-action Sharing Table — watch the chefs grill from a bespoke Italian grill, right before your eyes
✅ Breakfast service (Friday–Sunday at launch) plus desserts, fresh coffee from Velo Coffee Roasters, and more
✅ 100% Irish sourcing — grass-fed beef from butchery in Cork, buns from Kildare, dairy from Carlow, and drinks from the best local breweries & producers
