Sound Productions Ltd has manufactured and supplied ten mobile Infrared Assisted listening systems to the Dublin Institute of Technology (D.I.T) as part of the overall voice evacuation, disabled refuge and induction loop package for the new East and Central Quad buildings on the Grangegorman campus in Dublin.

The mobile assisted listening systems comprises a Sennheiser SI30 IR Modulator / Radiator and two EKI830 receivers along with an Audio-Technica Europe System 10 Pro handheld radio microphone and receiver.

Additional line and microphone inputs are also provided on a Caymon CASY modular rear connection panel along with an IEC connection module for power and an XLR output for the IR radiator panel.

Audio inputs are mixed using an AUDAC PRE116 preamplifier which also includes a bluetooth receiver for the convenient connection of audio from mobile devices.

The equipment is housed within a rugged Caymon FC104 flight case. System components are stored in an integral Caymon RD212 drawer with a foam insert for protection during transport.
