We’re dedicated to bringing the crème de la crème of the international visual arts scene here to Trinity, for you to explore and discover. We enjoy everything from classical sculpture to modern art, fringe theatre to blockbuster films, small architectural projects to cutting-edge fashion, and everything in between. Because we cover such a diverse range of fields we try to organise a number of even
ts each month that cater to a variety of tastes. As a result, you’re bound to find something that interests you in our programme of events, whether it’s a tour of the latest exhibition, a walking tour of Dublin’s oldest surviving architecture or a film screening of an indie classic. Alongside our regular activities, we also organise a number of special events every year. These include our annual Trinity Art Exhibition in December, which offers TCD staff and students the chance to showcase their artworks in a commercial setting, and our foreign trip which in previous years has found us travelling to London, Paris, Berlin & Madrid to soak up their visual arts scenes. Last year saw the introduction of our Conversations project, a series of talks and presentations from leading figures from the Visual Arts world. We’ll keep you up to date on all that’s happening during the coming year via our weekly member’s email, as well as through our Facebook and Twitter profiles.
