Each year at LD DANCE, we present two very special awards to dancers who truly embody the values, dedication, kindness, and spirit of our school. These awards recognise not only talent, but commitment, growth, support for others, and a genuine love for dance!

🏆 Overall Student of the Year – Tatiana
Presented by last year’s recipient, Kate.

Tatiana has shown incredible hard work, dedication, attendance, and passion for dance throughout the year. From assisting in our junior classes to continuously pushing herself to grow, she has become such an important part of the LD DANCE family. Her transformation over the past year has been amazing to watch, both as a dancer and as a person. The confidence, maturity, and kindness she brings into every class makes us so proud ❤️

✨ Spirit of LD DANCE Award – Eva
Presented by last year’s recipient, Daria.

Eva perfectly represents the spirit and heart of LD DANCE through her quiet determination, hard work, kindness, and commitment every single week. She consistently shows up ready to learn, improve, and support those around her without ever looking for recognition. Her growth over the past year has been incredible, and the positivity and dedication she brings to the studio never goes unnoticed. Eva truly embodies everything an LD DANCER stands for, making her so deserving of this award ❤️

Our SR Intensive is designed for passionate dancers who want to challenge themselves, grow in confidence, and train in a high-energy, inspiring environment alongside incredible guest choreographers.

Over four evenings, dancers will experience a range of styles including Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz and Commercial, while also taking part in a professional filming day 🎥

Tonight was all about saying the biggest thank you to our two incredible Senior Assistants, Izzy and Fiona, as they prepare to step into their new chapters next year 🥹❤️

Being a Senior Assistant is such an important role in LD DANCE, and these two have been the perfect example of everything our school stands for. Your dedication, kindness and leadership have shaped so many of our dancers, and I feel so lucky to have had you both by my side through it all over the past few years.

We are beyond excited to see where life takes you next, but we hope you truly felt tonight just how loved and appreciated you both are ❤️

Easter Senior Intensive 🐣

This year we are delighted to be welcoming guest teachers to our Easter Intensive Faculty. This intensive is created for dancers of a intermediate/advanced level. Dancers will be taking in-depth flexibility and strengthening, technique, commercial, jazz and lyrical / contemporary classes throughout the 3 days. Dancers can select 1, 2 or 3 days based on their preference. Spaces are limited though, so please ensure to book your space to avoid disappointment! This is an open intensive, so all current LD dancers and outside dancers are welcome!

Collis Sandes House, Tralee - Dance Studio - Commencing Tuesday 31st of march - Thursday 2nd of April. 5:30pm - 7:30pm.. Ages 12+

COST - €70 for 3 days, €50 for 2 days and €30 for 1 day.

Junior Easter Camp 🐣

LD DANCE is holding a junior Easter Camp Class from the Tuesday 31st of march - Thursday 2nd of April for dancers between the ages of 5 -11. This camp is open to current students at LD DANCE and any young dancers who would like to try out an LD DANCE class!

FROM THE INSIDE OUT ✨

One year on from our very first production in Siamsa Tíre, we returned to the stage this weekend for not just one, but two shows. To have two full houses in only our second year is something that still doesn’t quite feel real ❤️

“From the Inside Out” was a show that meant so much to all of us. It told a story about the power of dance and how movement can help us process every emotion we feel. The joy, the sadness, the fear, the anger, and everything in between. Dance gives us a way to express what words sometimes cannot, and every dancer who stepped onto that stage has learned how to do exactly that 💫

I am beyond proud of every single dancer who was part of this production. The courage, heart, dedication, and passion they showed on that stage yesterday was something truly special. Watching them grow not only as dancers, but as people who support and uplift one another, is the greatest privilege I could ever have as a teacher 💛

To everyone who has supported me along this journey, the parents, families, friends and dancers. To the amazing and . To two incredible ladies who helped me pull of this incredible show and . And to the incredible community around LD DANCE, thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ None of this would be possible without you!
