🕊️ In Loving Memory of Esther Casey ❤️
It is with a heavy heart that we in Longford Variety Group remember our dear friend, Esther Casey, a wonderful woman who gave so much to our group and to the people of Longford.
Who could ever forget the legendary John Player Tops and the famous Stone Park versus the Townie rivalry? The banter, the laughter, the craic and the unforgettable memories were truly the stuff of legends. Fierce rivals in the moment, but always friends when it was over. Those were special times, and Esther was part of that wonderful story.
Esther was a beautiful, caring and generous soul who touched so many lives through her kindness and friendship. We were so proud to have her as a friend and supporter of Longford Variety Group, and we will forever be grateful for all she gave to our show and our community.
Some people leave footprints on our hearts that time can never erase. Esther was one of those people.
To Esther’s family and friends, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt sympathies at this very sad time.
Esther, thank you for the memories, the laughter, the friendship and the wonderful person you were. You will always be remembered with love and affection by everyone in Longford Variety Group.
Gone from our sight, but never from our hearts.
May your gentle soul rest in eternal peace, Esther. 🕊️❤️

LONGFORD VARIETY GROUP

More than €350,000 has been raised for our local community.
€350,000 isn't just a number.
It's children given opportunities.
It's schools receiving much-needed support.
It's charities continuing their vital work.
It's help reaching people when they needed it most.
And every euro came from something incredibly simple:
People coming together.
we believe that when ordinary people come together, extraordinary things can happen.

“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much

So when you buy a ticket, know that you're not just buying a night of music and memories.
You're becoming part of something bigger.
You're helping us continue to give back to the place we are proud to call home.
