Having a beautiful Friday evening making earrings! Fuchsias (of course), Bluebells (naturally), and I'm thrilled with how the Buttercups turned out. Did a test pair as I wasn't sure if the yellow clay would retain its gorgeous butteriness when it came out of the oven but I'm delighted to say it did! I'll give them some curing time over the weekend and then sand and polish and show them off ❤️

Tried to move photos from phone to laptop today to show some of my newest work and, let's just say, technology and I are not agreeable bedfellows! What a waste of time! In the grand scheme of things it's a small problem. So I'll l show a couple of my favourite images. Prints of all are available framed or unframed.

Day one with my new Facebook Business Page! It feels good to say that. So, for those of you who might not know me, here's a little bit about me.

I'm from beautiful West Cork but migrated to North Kerry where I live with my family, Rosie the Collie and my hens.

I was a teacher in a former life and now I enjoy teaching Art to Adults in care settings.

I set up Turf Shed Art in a lovely converted turf shed... surprise, surprise...in the back garden. Here I paint, make jewellery, write and illustrate stories.
I am currently in the process of setting up my shed as a proper gallery cm working studio and those of you who live close enough are always welcome to call and have a look around. Please message privately if interested in popping over.

I am now preparing for Christmas (there, I've said it!) and there will be new jewellery as well as my trademark Fuchsia earrings and pendants, new artwork, prints of all new and previous art (also available beautifully framed for the perfect, no hassle gift)
