Week 6 practise of the InnerGrace Superstars 🥰

As we head into week 4 of rehearsals I am reminded of the power and the message of the songs we choose. This week we will be Practising a very special song.

Originally performed by the outstanding Oslo Gospel Choir and composed by the talented Tore W.Aas and Jan Groth.

As a songwriter myself I am immediately touched by the message and harmonic structure to this masterpiece🤌 Every now and again we need to remind ourselves to surrender our burdens, hand back control and find gratitude in the simplest of things 🥰

To describe what it feels like to have a vision and then to act on that vision and then for that vision to translate to reality.

Well.......

There are no words....

Week 3......

I will say that again ONLY week 3, and I found my InnerGrace. My core soldiers, the tribe that believed in my vision who came to execute it and they came out sounding like this 🖕🖕🖕🖕 The most beautiful and uplifting souls.

We sing, we drink tea (mostly herbal)we teach, we learn, and we remind ourselves of how grateful and blessed we are 🥰 The sky is the limit ✨️

We had our 1st rehearsal for InnerGrace Gospel. What a happy day. What a happy friday. What an unbelievably happy group of amazing women who came to contribute to the vision of InnerGrace.

We talked. We shared. We sang. And we danced and grooved to the beat of our own drums.

It is in giving that we receive. And my cup is runneth over.
