Cold Cuts, a highly anticipated bar coming to Cork city in the coming months. ⁠
⁠
A project run by Alex Earle and Oisín Wolfe. Bartenders who have managed and opened globally renowned bars across Ireland, London and Canada. ⁠
⁠
Whilst managing Cask and opening Paladar in Cork, Alex and Oisín began work on Cold Cuts. Starting out with pop-ups in Ireland before venturing further afield to New York, Berlin and London, they have gone from strength to strength as they ready open their own first brick & mortar site.⁠
⁠
A concept that encapsulates elements from French Bistro & Italian-American Deli cultures, wrapped up in Irish warmth. Easily accessible drinks & food, utilising familiar flavours.⁠

The music of Fixity is composed by Dan Walsh Dan Walsh and embellished upon by a rotating cast of regular collaborators. So far there have been thirteen full length releases under the Fixity name; two LPs (The Things In The Room and No Man Can Tell on Penske Recordings, (IE)), eight releases on cassette and digital (Fixity 1 on KantCope, I(E), all others self-released) and three live albums (all self-released).⁠

LIAS Juniper Barn 2026⁠
Phew! Out the door, back to ALS HQ and still basking in the warm glow of Another very special edition of Love Is A Stranger in beautiful ❤️⁠
⁠
The weather wasn’t quite as kind this time, but the party was even better as a result, this year saw each and every act absolutely bring their A game - we sang, and swayed, and danced (and danced!) across The Barn, The Sligo Shack, Way Out Front (double shack action!) and The Turf Barn, not to mention well needed saunas/dips in Juniper Lake in between. ⁠

A huge thanks to all who made the trip to be with us in the beautiful North West, to the wonderful artist, all our crew, partners , , and to and for the very kind support for the event. ⁠
⁠
A special word for another warm welcome from the wider Sligo arts and business community - for showing up and also spreading the gospel - Year 3 and we are very humbled to be made feel a small part of a very special community of people in Sligo and surrounds. ⁠

The biggest thanks is saved for our wonderful hosts - the Kitchen family in - we are so lucky to work with their incredible venue, and wonderful team on site. ⁠
