There’s an Iron Age Hill-Fort behind my house.
I grew up, with a Celtic, Iron Age Hill-Fort, behind my house! This has set in motion, for me, a fascination for all things archaeological and mystical, to an already, creative and surreal imagination. The idea and reality, that these Iron Age neighbours (and most probably, my very own ancestors) looked up at the same dark skies and out over the Atlantic Ocean, seamlessly, lands me right back with them, forever tied to an era and area. I hope that my art in someway, reflects a respect and fascination for these folk, in a contemporaneous setting.
