THIS IS WHAT AN INDUSTRY AWARD PANEL LOOKS LIKE ✨

Two world-class dance professionals. Two hugely respected names. And a wealth of experience, knowledge and industry insight being brought directly to our awards.
Both Abby and Michael will be joining us VIRTUALLY on the night, where they will personally announce their selected winners after reviewing the video footage from our shortlisted nominees.
And this is what makes our Industry Dance Awards so special…
Our winners aren’t simply decided on the night. Throughout the year, our incredible guest adjudicators have watched, judged and experienced the talent within the Dance Empire community and selected adjudicators from across our events will also have a voice in determining our 2026 award winners.
It means our awards are built on performance, consistency, talent, professionalism and industry recognition from some of the people who know dance best.

It’s been a few years since we last flew Michael over from the USA to join us back in 2019, so we’re thrilled to be working with him again for our biggest UDC Grand Finals to date.

THE SECRET IS FINALLY OUT 🖤✨
For 8 incredible years, Dance Empire Events has travelled across Ireland, North & South, creating unforgettable events, incredible memories and opportunities for thousands of dancers.

And for a very long time, you’ve been asking us the same question…

“When are you coming across the water”

We’ve been absolutely blown away by the huge number of messages and requests we’ve received from dancers, teachers and studios across cities throughout the UK.

But one thing has always been important to us, we will never expand at the expense of the quality, experience and standards our dancers have come to expect from Dance Empire.
