Due to business inquiries in regards to Pleasant Valley Music Ltd.
To be be clear we don’t have a studio in Hackney Wick and have relocated to Old St with a further facility in development in Latimer Rd.
We therefore left Hackney Wick in January 2020, reassigning any sub tenants or clients as per demanded in December 2019.
This is due to the fact the sub landlord / property manager of the Hackney Wick property was unable to fulfil the written contract and further written agreements to cover the business rates. Therefore disingenuously trying to lumber us with an astronomical 40k bill along with several instances of unwillingness to comply with any witnessed written agreements made between Pleasant Valley Music Ltd and their interchangeable companies . All evidence of this has been provided.
I would therefore ask certain parties to cease from blaming the failure of their business on others and stop instigating slander and bad-mouthing and take legitimate recourse should they feel they have reason to do so.

After 12 years in the business we look forward to further adventures.
