The next instalment of Black Alley, Thunder is a folk crime thriller starring Paul Mescal, Alex Murphy, Éanna Hardwicke, Frank Blake, Fionntán Larney, and Andrew Bennett, which takes place on a cold and stormy night as a gang of robbers arrive back at their den.

Stories are told, songs are sung. But this gang is more than a bit impatient, as there’s more than one plan afoot.

Two brothers, Frank and Fergal, work together in a failing garage in South Dublin. Their boss Saul is at the end of his tether. His wife is leaving him, the brothers are incompetent and he just can’t seem to stand up for himself.

But when the opportunity arises, in the form of wannabe gangsters, he may have gotten a little more than he bargained for…

A story about love, death, and tortoises, Hiding Trout is a rollicking ride that teaches everyone to ‘Live The Dream’.
