Yes, it's almost 2 years since I left the pretty green island of Ireland and I'm back home in Brazil... Life is wonderful over here. Nature is majestic. Family is great, amazing friends are around, my Hip Circles Bellydance students are shimmying away, health couldn't be better. I FEEL NOTHING BUT GRATITUDE RIGHT NOW. So on this so celebrated day, International Women's Day, I'd like to share a homemade video, a little project that I'm calling "MAR DESERTO" (Desert Sea) which was just completed this week... they are just some nice images from the gorgeous Jericoacoara, where I live now, combined with beautiful music and an improvisation of movements over the mazing sand dunes of this land, originally danced to silence (or-else, to the wind!), as I looked at the turquoise-emerald warm ocean in front of me... ♥ This, which was supposed to be just a photo-shoot play day, ended up being a combination of sounds and images which I hope will take the viewer, for a moment, to revisit the feminine on this very special day, and join me on the wish that "May women all over the world be able to safely live their dreams very soon." A CulturAvista Brasil Production, Photography and Edition by Milton Edilberto, Handmade Outfit in crochet by native artisan, Edilza. One love to All, Graziela Calis ♥
