The darker side of Irish folklore 🇮🇪🖤

Starting this arm sleeve with the Banshee and the Púca.

The Banshee’s mournful cry was said to warn of a death in the family. The Púca, a shapeshifting spirit often appearing as a horse, was known for taking unsuspecting riders on wild journeys through the night.

Love working with these old Irish stories. Looking forward to adding more to this sleeve 🔥

More progress on Paul’s Greek mythology sleeve. Really enjoying bringing these gods together and seeing the full design take shape with each session.

Love tattooing pieces inspired by Irish tradition. Here’s my take on the Irish wolf in Celtic knotwork for Gavin, who came down from Fermanagh to start his sleeve. Looking forward to finishing this one! 🇮🇪☘️

Finished Damien’s inner arm with this owl, alongside the dog that’s now three years healed 🙌 People often ask why I go so dark—this is why. Strong blacks and contrast help the tattoo stay clear and defined over time. Three years on, that dog is still looking fresh.
