The session was recorded live in The Ulster Mead Co., capturing the atmosphere and honesty of John’s music just as it’s meant to be heard.

It’s hard to believe how much time has passed since we filmed this Ulster Room session back in 2024, here in our meadery, with Beware of the Beast.
Looking at this photo brings back so many good memories — laughter, music echoing between the tanks, and that feeling that something special was happening in the moment.

So much has changed since then. We lost our friend Paul Mooney, and he is deeply missed. His presence, his energy, and his friendship will always be part of these memories 🤍

Life, in its beautiful way, keeps moving forward too. Frankie got married to Maria a few months ago — a moment full of love and joy — and tonight we celebrate Franck and Elaine's engagement. New chapters, new beginnings, new reasons to raise a glass.

This session wasn’t just about music. It was about friendship, time shared, and moments we didn’t know would become so meaningful. Grateful we captured it. Grateful for the people in it.
Hold your people close — these moments matter. 🍯🎶

Throwing back to another early session when Arn. joined us for his set with Eoghan Rainey on guitar. As always it's a pleasure to get to watch Arn. perform in these close settings, which may not be too easy to come by for much longer as his star is most definitely on the rise, and we couldn't be happier for it!
