Something very special is happening this summer. 🧑‍🍳🌿

We've teamed up with Chef Adrian Martin for an intimate series of cookery classes at the beautiful Airfield Estate in Dundrum, bringing together great food, good company and a gorgeous setting.

Arrive to tea, coffee and homemade treats. Walk the farm and herb gardens. Learn how to make a Summer Berry Pavlova Stack, Lemon & Passionfruit Traybake, Glenisk Cheesecake and more, with Chef Adrian right there beside you. The classes take place at Airfield Estate's Inspiration Kitchen, a unique setting designed for hands-on culinary experiences.

Build real confidence in the kitchen, pick up lifelong skills and insider secrets, and share the experience with fellow food lovers. Beginners and improvers are both very welcome.

After a fun day of baking, learning and tasting, you'll head home with a signed cookbook and a Glenisk goodie bag packed with treats. 🎁

Our first class, Summer Bakes, takes place on Sunday 28 June from 10am to 4pm.
Just 22 places are available and they will go fast. €160 per person.
