Brilliant photos from our friends in the The Red Door

In 1169 the Normans landed in Bannow Island. In 2019 The Normans landed at The Red Door.

We had a great morning feeding them all for their day ahead in battle invasions, displays etc.

Sun is shining and you would be crazy to miss today's events as outlined in other post below.

We are open for breakfast and lunch and delicious artisan coffee so pop over to us. We are a 2 minute walk from the village field.

Celebrating the 850th anniversary of the Normans ‘arrival’ in Bannow, Co.Wexford. Les Voilà! A guntufted map of the medieval town. Yet another reason to visit this part of the country.
