Last Saturday we gathered at Showgrounds Shopping Centre Clonmel for the first Busk It!, a busking project to raise money for The Bumbag Tapes Tapes and Whats’s On Clonmel to help us keep promoting this amazing town.

Many thanks to the amazing musicians who came to play, and to everybody who joined us for an afternoon of music away from the rain.

We had a great time, and hopefully we will repeat next month. Stay tuned!

Very excited to announce a new project in collaboration with Showgrounds Shopping Centre & What's On Clonmel BUSK IT! ✨
A group of local musicians will be busking in the Showgrounds Shopping Centre to raise funds for What’s On Clonmel, an incredible group of volunteers who bring us the amazing local events guide each week.

This week is What’s On Clonmel‘s first anniversary; a whole year providing you with the best resource to find activities in the town, every week without break. Away from social media, algorithms and advertisements, we are an independent group of volunteers hoping to make a difference.

It has been a lot of work, but the appreciation we receive from you every week makes it all worth it.

Here’s to another year promoting Clonmel and all it has to offer.

What a week for Clonmel!

Last Thursday the weekly Open Mic organised by Dave Hastie & Louis Quirke gathered musicians from all over for a last hooley at Lonergan’s before their move to a new venue.

At the weekend people of all ages saw musicians from 10 to 80 perform in every corner and pub of the town centre for the Busking Festival, filling the town with a magical buzz.

With many more great events in the works, including our first birthday, we can say Clonmel is rocking!
