🌊 Yoga & Sound Bath on Inchydoney Beach 🌊

This Sunday I’ll be joining Odette for a lovely morning of Yoga & Sound Bath on Inchydoney Beach, raising funds for Breakthrough Cancer Research.

This is our third year running this event together with Gill, a cancer survivor who is raising awareness and funds for Breakthrough Cancer Research. All proceeds from the day go to the charity. 💛

We also have a raffle with some fantastic prizes, including a hotel break!

When life feels busy, sometimes all we need is five quiet minutes to pause.
