I entered 2025 heartbroken, grieving a relationship that had long been over. My creative mind was overwhelmed with sadness and I did little else to explore my art. In late October my father passed away after a long battle with cancer and I decided to end the year with family.

I did have success, I relocated, got a promotion, and survived.

This year I’m looking forward to getting back to my art and creative work, exploring new ideas.

Here is my first piece of the new year.

I’ve been trying to figure out how to begin and introduce myself, but it’s been so difficult so I will start simply. My artistic journey began in July 2013 with a month long in Ireland at The Burren exploring art. My beginnings come from film photography and branch out into digital, but now I’ve started working with mixed media.
Close to the Cliffs of Moher is a holy well for Saint Brigid, this photograph was taken inside, I consider this the beginning to my journey so far!

Nollaig na mBan , Happy Women’s Christmas!
I find it amazing to celebrate the women or men who runs the festivities and take time to let them rest after a long holiday season. Hopefully we are all getting reallocated to the status quo at work and returning to life after the new year.
